Ms Naicker is actively engaged in coaching and mentoring emerging professionals. She has facilitated Master Classes at the Management College of South Africa focusing of Success Supply Chain Project Leadership as well as in Supply Chain Agility at the University of South Africa and participated in the MANCOSA Mentorship programme supporting university students. Regina has achieved the highly sought after Fellow of the International Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport which recognises experience and contribution in this dynamic and ever evolving industry.
Regina sits on the board of the Faculty of Supply Chain Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA). In this role she actively contributes towards the upliftment and improvement of Supply Chain Higher Education at the University.
